From our finca to your shelves

Finca La Brasa was born in Honduras from a simple idea: the smoked cheese our families have always made deserves to reach the millions of Central Americans who miss it — without giving up the quality standards the U.S. market demands.

We combine traditional wood-smoking with pasteurized milk, vacuum packing and batch consistency, so distributors in Florida, Texas, New York and New Jersey can offer an authentic nostalgic product with confidence.

Ask us about our production capacity, export documentation and regulatory status — we'll gladly walk you through it.

Each 6 oz (170 g) wheel is vacuum-packed and requires refrigerated (cold chain) transport and storage. Case and pallet configurations are detailed in the spec sheet, available on request.
What is the shelf life?
Shelf life and storage details are included in the product spec sheet — request it through the form and we'll send it with our export documentation.
Are you registered to export to the U.S.?
Our product is made with pasteurized milk under sanitary controls. Ask us about the current status of our export and FDA-related documentation — we're happy to share it and to support your FSVP process as importer.
